Please complete the registration form (1 form per person) below by Friday, 05 April for the 2024 FIVS Brussels Meetings.

FIVS non-members may contact the FIVS Secretariat at admin@fivs.org about attending the Meetings, which is not open to members of the press.

  4. Please note that there will be no reimbursements

This option allows you to pay via bank transfer.

  1. Select the appropriate 2024 FIVS Brussels Meetings registration fee(s) (please see details below)
  2. Please add on your payment the following information: “2024 Brussels Meetings-Invoice number“
  3. Send your payment by bank transfer according to the banking details below. Kindly note that payment should be made in Euros and should be sent to the FIVS bank account, all fees prepaid
  4. Please note that there will be no reimbursements.

Registration Fees

  • MEMBERS (2 days)
    • 450 euros: Full Thursday and Friday sessions which include coffee breaks & lunches, a cocktail reception, and a Gala Dinner
    • 330 euros: Full Thursday and Friday sessions which include coffee breaks & lunches, and a cocktail reception (without Gala Dinner)
  • MEMBERS (1 day)
    • 320 euros: Thursday sessions which include coffee breaks & a lunch, and a Gala Dinner
    • 250 euros: Friday sessions which include coffee breaks & a lunch, and a cocktail reception (without Gala Dinner)
  • NON-MEMBERS (1 day only)
    • 300 euros: Thursday morning sessions which includes a coffee break, a lunch, and a Gala Dinner
    • 180 euros: Thursday morning sessions which includes a coffee break, and a lunch, (without Gala Dinner)
  • OTHER FEES
    • 120 euros: Gala Dinner accompanying persons
