Jean-Jacques Bouffard (JJB) Scholarship 2026 Winner

Congratulations to Alexander Cornejo Pino of Vinhos Verdes who impressed our judges with his application among other very strong competition this year. Thanks to all applicants for their interest. 

The #JJB Scholarship, awarded by FIVS, offers a unique annual opportunity for one of our members to attend the prestigious Wine Law Summer School, hosted by the Wine & Law Program – A Jean Monnet Chair, Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.  

The partnership between FIVS and the university strengthens the bridge between industry and academia, empowering future business leaders in the global wine sector. It ensures that professionals stay at the forefront of industry developments, blending theoretical research with practical solutions. 
Alexander is the seventh FIVS participant since the beginning of the program.

This year’s course, with a focus on ‘no and low’ takes place this week in Reims and we look forward to hearing how Alexander and his course colleagues get on and the learnings they achieve.
