Hydrogen Peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide reduces the bisulfate aldehyde complex in distilling material. It is also used as an oxidising and reducing agent to create stability by reducing other food ingredients. Hydrogen peroxide is permitted for use in grape wine in multiple countries worldwide.
